Thank you for your online inquiry. Please read the following information below before filling out the RMA/RTS submission form:
Return for Repair
RMA: Our standard RMA procedure is to have the item(s) returned to our facility that need to be diagnosed or repaired. If the device is out of warranty, there is a standard per unit charge. This charge covers all parts used in repairs, diagnosis of equipment, labor, and shipping costs for return of equipment to the Customer. The flat fee for docking stations and their derivative components currently in production is $99. The flat fee for discontinued docking platforms (click here) and their derivative components is $199. LEDCO reserves the right to change this policy at any time.

Return for Credit
RTS: LEDCO offers the Customer the opportunity to return items for credit or replacement within the first (45) days from the date of shipment from LEDCO. If the box has been opened, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the credit amount. Any request made for the return of an item outside of the (45) day window will not be accepted. When returning items, please ensure the equipment is packaged appropriately (as it was received) to ensure full credit is received. All items being returned are subject to an inspection and may be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the inspector.
