Our standard RMA procedure is to have the item(s) returned to our facility that need to be diagnosed or repaired. If the device is out of warranty, there is a standard per unit charge. This charge covers all parts used in repairs, diagnosis of equipment, labor, and shipping costs for return of equipment to the Customer. The flat fee for docking stations and their derivative components currently in production is $99. The flat fee for discontinued docking platforms (click here) and their derivative components is $199. LEDCO reserves the right to change this policy at any time.

Attention customers submitting a request for repair on the CF18 product family:
In order to continue support for the CF18 series docking station, LEDCO will be upgrading all CF18 docking stations to the CF19 electronic board set as the CF18 electronic board sets are no longer available for purchase . This upgrade offers improved support for Ethernet, (3) USB 2.0 compliant ports, and a higher threshold for electronic protection when operating multiple USB 2.0 peripherals.

Please Note:
The CF19 board set will require updated drivers for the onboard Ethernet. The updated drivers will be provided in the returned box once repairs are complete and will also be available on the support section of our website.
